In the automotive sector, customer loyalty and retention plays an especially pivotal role. Citroën has been our client in Slovenia for over 13 years and we do our best to stay on top in regards to automotive sales and marketing trends, including loyalty and CRM strategies. When tasked with creating a new website for Citroën drivers in Slovenia, we embraced the challenge.

Citroën wanted a fresh approach to building a 'drivers club' database through the use of online recruitment and conversion of existing Citroën drivers. With no strict design boundaries in place, the brief was to come up with innovative graphics and website concept, joint with a user oriented narrative that would increase conversions from 'Citroën drivers' to 'Citroën club members'.

We created the website in HTML5 using the Paralax scrolling technique – elements of the website are created in layers that shift and move as you scroll, creating a visually enhanced experience while the user is becoming acquainted with the myriad of benefits they are entitled to as members of MyCitroën.
We wanted to make sure we're in line with Citroën's promise of Creative Technologie.
