Website conceptualisation/planning
In this chapter, read about:
Conceptualising a website communication solution is the most important part of creating a project. Usually, a project is divided into the processes of planning, implementation and launching the website solution.
It is only a good concept that enables the achievement of the originally set goals, meeting our target groups' requirements and implementing the project with an optimal use of resources.
A solution conceived in such a manner provides users with an optimal user experience.
In the planning process, we first define project goals, which means we assign faces, names and ages to target groups and create a complete list of their requirements.
We create an IT architecture and functionality specifications on the basis of these contextual outlines.
We establish the available company resources (human resources, content and IT) in the company, which are to be included in the website solution.
At the design stage, we divide the user experience of target groups by constructing models of distributing communication elements throughout the website.
We draw up an interactive and graphic design of the user interface and define the course of project implementation as well as the required resources.

Even the best designers produce successful products only if their designs solve the right problems. A wonderful interface to the wrong features will fail.

IT Architecture Planning
IT architecture is an outline of the distribution of a website's content and functionality and their inter-connections. It unites all the available contents and communication points and the user data created on them, as well as any data linked from the background IT systems.
Good IT architecture provides an optimal organisation of contents and user data for the simplest management and supplementation of the website solution possible by using a Content Management System (CMS). IT infrastructure includes the website solution in all language varieties.
A part of what excites me about the Web and makes me feel good about doing information architecture, is that it helps people get better at sharing information. People have used the metaphor that, in creating the Internet, we are creating a central nervous system for the planet, wiring ourselves together and making the ways that we are able to communicate and share information much more fluid.

User Experience Planning
Planning the user experience is about forming the user’s interaction with a website solution or system. A user's experience on a website is a key factor when it comes to influencing the user's decisions on the supplier’s offering. This proves even truer as the user communicates with the supplier in different environments and situations without personal contact, and the experience acquired on the website is the only sense of the supplier’s attitude towards customers the user can experience.
Planning the user experience is about forming the user’s interaction with a website solution or system.
The formation of user experience is defined by the organisation, integration and behaviour of navigation and content elements found on a website, the sequence of views of search engine impressions appearing in the process, the user's interaction with the impression elements and the system's responses to the user's interactions.
The formation of user experience follows the typical user's path through a website and optimally allocates navigation, content and other interactive elements with regard to the points on the path the user is taking. With this, the formation of user experience determines the method which is the most clear and intuitive for the user and which provides them the opportunity to achieve a goal or implement a task as fast as possible. This is the reason why they are positioned at a certain point of view and structure. In the process of design, the user experience is tailored to different target groups.
A well-designed user experience enables:

A well-designed user experience enables:
- Improvement of a system’s practicability and user efficiency
- A decrease in the number of functionalities and interactions which do not contribute to the achievement of the user’s goals
- A clear definition of guidelines for the graphic design of the user interface and for the implementation of a website or application
On the basis of IT architecture, we design navigation, content and functional elements of the website solution for users.
In these elements, we set out to construct model web pages for every standard view of the website solution and then optimise user experience for each target group found in these models.
By attending to the entire user experience, designers can create a rich, sensory experience, which helps to immerse users and encourage them to become fully involved in the site and its message ... Through immersion, the user experiences joy and satisfaction: Positive qualities that will be transferred to your brand.

Design
Until recently, graphic design mostly communicated how people see other people, but these borders expanded with the transition to digital world. Static images are now combined to form films and sound can be added. Time and space – where and when something happens – have become two extremely important factors in the process of planning and designing for an interactive environment.
Graphic images and elements accompany us at every step in today’s world and represent one of the key factors in establishing integral communication. A properly managed graphic message will communicate important information to people faster, and website design is of key importance for accurate positioning within a certain industry.
Web design wraps personal requirements in the field of aesthetics and usability into an organised and balanced product which integrates the worlds of art, architecture, technology, literature, music and sound, philosophy, psychology and humanity.
The goal of this multidisciplinarity is the optimal use of all available tools to bring a message or a product to the target group of users or customers more quickly. Design in the digital environment further increases this speed as it can make use of several human senses at once. Above all, it brings interactivity (communication in two or more directions) into the communication processes.
Good web design stands for the ability to combine various methods of communication and the channels used by these methods. Since the digital universe is a place where all these technologies and dimensions are in constant movement, the ability to perceive and adjust to these changes is essential to successfully reach the target groups and goals of a certain project.
In most people's vocabularies, design means veneer. It is interior decorating. It’s the fabric of the curtains and the sofa. But to me, nothing could be farther from the meaning of design.
Design is the fundamental soul of the man-made creation that ends up expressing itself in successive outer layers of the product or service.
