Event Manager enables the complete management of communication between the organiser and his addressees. The application user can create an event website on the internet, send notifications, keep records of attendance confirmations, and consequently manage the event communication from every aspect.

Event Manager provides communication management services before, during and after the event in a simple and user-friendly manner. The event organiser can choose between various event types (open, closed, etc.) and the communication carried out within the application is adequately customised to the event type. Types of notifications include trailers, invitations, reminders, follow-ups, thank-you notes and the possibility of creating your own messages, which the organiser can customise according to their needs and requirements.

As Event manager also includes the possibility of addressee categorisation, the organiser can decide, at their own discretion, whether to send the message to everyone, certain groups or only individuals. The organiser can fit the messages with links leading to the event website, links providing attendance application forms, access to photo galleries and other interactive content.
