The Internet has become the major environment where consumers can socialise. Good communication of an event must therefore be directed towards the long-term building of a community consisting of various public target groups.
A continued and systematically organised communication to visitors, guests, journalists, VIP guests and other groups will create a database-based community, which shares a common interest emerging in the scope of organiser's event(s).

As Event manager enables target group classification, categorisation in message sending by target groups and continued records of responses to sent messages, communication between the organiser and his target groups becomes more effective and two-way.
